LETTERS FROM OUR AWARD WINNERS

This is Zaharias Fountas, one of the Greek students who was fortunate enough to receive the PanHellenic Scholarship this year. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the generosity of the Foundation. The newspaper, the DVDs, and the scholarship dinner were all absolutely amazing. Congregating and conversing with such a diverse and successful group of Greek-Americans was a memorable experience to say the least. I also wanted to say that I truly believe that what this Foundation stands for is worth every second of dedication exhibited by you and the rest of the Board. I am awestricken by its overwhelming success and commend you all on a job most definitely well done. I hope that I make you all proud at the University of Chicago and that I will someday be able to repay the Foundation in full, helping other Greek students, years from now, pursuing their own dreams. I know that the scholarship will be very helpful for my family and I and I am very thankful for having received it. I can assure you that it will be put to good use.
