LETTERS FROM OUR AWARD WINNERSConstandina Giannakopoulos (2002), Loyola University I am writing to once again thank you for the generous award the Scholarship Foundation has granted me. Still, I am overcome by the honor. I treasure the knowledge that you and the other esteemed members of the Foundation believe so much in myself. This idea alone provides me with even more reason to achieve. Knowing that so many believe I am capable of great accomplishments make me thrive them even more. As I assured you, I will be attending Loyola University beginning January. I still plan to study English and either use it to enter law school or teach at a high school/college level. I hope to join multiple activities at Loyola, possibly including a tutoring program, while only working part time at Borders. I truly do look forward to beginning classes at the University here in Chicago. Again, I just want to thank you. The amount of appreciation the organization deserves is immeasurable. I appreciate the wonderful banquet held and all those who attended for the splendid evening. I am eternally grateful. Back |
